I don't know when you posted this text about the black specks on your skin, but I have them as well -- and they're definitely NOT bedbugs.

Mine started about 8 months ago. It may be Morgellons exclusively or it may be Morgellons and another co-infection. The black specks (in my case, and not to scare you) are precursors to small black insects with wings .. much like fruit flies. Some Morgellons cases present with this symptom but not all.

I had a very heavy infestation and also thought they might kill me, but the load has dramatically lessened and I'm much better ..but it is an on-going battle.

You may have something entirely different but it's possible that you have the same type of Morgellons as me.
