getting worse every day

i have been to my doc twice and a dermatologist once. no help what so ever....
i have all these strange black specs on the outside and when i go to the bathroom the specs are also there. the black spec gets on my skin and goes under the skin and a scab forms. i picked the scab and put skin cream on it and 15 later i looked down and a blood monster had appeared along with worms that look like tapeworms. i have had so many different sizes and shapes and colors of these things its driving me crazy. if i have an open cut they ravage it and heal the cut in one day. like closing the door behind them. my vision keeps getting worse, i found a clear round parasite in my stool. its almost like i have worms under my skin now. im scared they are going to kill me. please help Tweet
