PINGUECULA, Dry Eyes Lately
I have noticed for 2-3 years that I have yellowish sclera. Thinking that it would go away after my
Liver Flush (I just assumed: yellow-liver related), but I did some research and found out that it was a different thing. Even though my sclera became a little bit whiter after my first (and only so far) successful liver flush, the yellowish unsightly spots remained.
I have been experiencing drier eyes since I started a regime of low carb, liver detox coffee enemas, hydration under the
Water Cure protocol with celtic
Sea Salt s, and supplements (including omega 3 capsules AND chia seeds). I just read that excess Omega 3 could cause dry eyes.
Now I'll tie both things together:
1. Any thoughts on dry eyes? Too much Omega 3s?
2. Any chance of the 1-2 weekly
coffee enemas are dehydrating me (even when I use the
Water Cure protocol 2-3 times a week? My lips feel ok.
3. Will keeping my eyes lubricated help improve the Pinguecula, since it is not a severe case?
4. Any non-surgical therapies, such as herbal eye washes or drops?
I will appreciate any insight you might have on these issues...
