NAC L-Cysteine and Medication

The reason, why I'm asking, if taking NAC L-cysteine is alright, while on this medication, comes from reading stuff like this:
http://www.liversupport.com/wordpress/2008/05/n-acetyl-cysteine-is-a-liver%E2...

"..Insufficient glutathione levels reduce the liver’s ability to break down drugs, chemicals and other toxins, enhancing the probability of liver damage.."

"..In the case of an acetaminophen overdose, NAC is administered by physicians to detoxify the drug before it destroys too many liver cells and becomes fatal.."

Now as I, at least, would like to understand, is that NAC repairs the damage, done by drugs and toxins.

What I would like to know, is that does it also lessens/shorten/weaken the effectiveness of Albendazole or Praziquantel?
