I知 a student, I知 active in sports. I mostly eat clean: - Sprouted and cooked unhulled rice, lentils and mung beans, - Raw fruits and greens, - Raw sprouted sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and peanuts, - Sometimes (once a week) french fries or potato chips. I知 currently (28.8.2011) suffering from some sort of parasites, possibly Ascaris. Looking for ways to beat these things. |
