Hey, I too cannot smell or taste well... But I started a parasite cleanse and it has helped tremendously.. I'm going to do a candida cleanse too... Because I read that a yeast/fungi overgrowth can cause a lot of problems with the sinuses.
I know that the use of alcohol and smoking can make matter worse.
Maybe look into it?
It's helped my smell improve a lot. And I'm not nearly as congested.
