There is no set time frame for die-off, it can also come in phases as you dig deeper and uncover, and kill off more parasites. The intensity may be worse in the beginning, or worse towards the end, there is no set pattern, as no two infection/infestations are the same.

I would stick with what you are doing for a time and see if you get more of this stuff out, you are obviously making progress.
