What kind of chelating did you do before? Perhaps DMSA may be your best choice. You could also try boosting your glutathione levels and taking other chelation-boosting supplements.
Drink lots of water every day to flush your system out. Avoid anything which might tax your liver.
I suggest you start visiting a sauna regularly. Failing that, make yourself sweat and shower off afterwards. I do it by sitting naked in my bathroom in front of an electric heater and then taking a very hot (but not scalding, of course) bath. I keep the top of my body above the water, so I begin to sweat and then shower off.
