Metals, yeast, bacteria and something else?

I am a 24 yr old male and I have been diagnosed with high metal toxicity, systemic yeast and Citrobacter Braakii infection in gut at +4,with an absence of Bifidus growth. I have been sick for 3 years but 5 months ago after I recieved a shot of contrast for an MRI did it really get out of hand. I have 95th percentile amounts of lead, arsenic, antimony. The highest was gadolinium, something like 11 mg found in a urine sample when the acceptible amount is less than .3. I am assuming this is from the injection of the contrast because I litterally felt the entire infection when they shot it into me. I felt liquid rush into a tissue underneath another tissue in the middle of my chest and tighten on the spot. When I spoke to the technician she said you should have no feelings like that. Since then I have felt strange. I have had chelation therapy a few times but it is not removing the gadolinium or other metals, im assuming since it isnt, its simply shifting them. Also the yeast has spread to my back and the top of my head, i feel it i know what it is, it tastes like blood and it keeps sending these painful threads down through the sides of my body to my stomach then it burns. As it burns I feel masses grow and flutter where it burns. I can feel a mass that runs through my maxillary sinus up my frontal lobe all the way to the back of my body. when I move my head I hear crunching and I have already lost a lost of cartilage mainly in my back, but also my fingers are swollen red and shrinking as well. about 2 inches of my height or more if you count the fluctuations. I have been started on nystatin, which completely ridded me of psychological and visual clarity symptoms within the first two weeks. it removed it from my eyes(blue spots and squishing were gone) everywhere but my fingers and what felt to be a mass over my head . The problem is I had to move back home where aspergillus spores are prevalent and even while taking 2 capsules 3 times a day it returned quickly and I felt what used to be soft patches on my head disapating turn into a hard slime feeling and it puts a lot of pressure on my head and crunches. Basically when i wake up it feels like i was dipped in peanut brittle and my body crunches. I dont call my doctor because it is long distance and the office is too busy to be able to ask questions when I need them answered. I am having an appointment soon, where I will be moving to a more powerful medicine hopefully.
MY QUESTION: What is causing cartilage loss?, or if it isnt cartilage what is compacting it? Is it the metals? the yeast? What other ways can I try to remove gadolinium or other metals that dont involve chelation? What is the hard stuff outline my head and back that crunches that seems to bring in yeast?, is it bacteria? or a biofilm of some sort?, or maybe another type of fungus(invasive aspergillus)? I am supposed to be getting something called an ionic flush thats administered through my feet. Does that work to remove metals? I am fairly new to this world of detoxing and other stuff so any insight would be much appreciated
