Re: healing Crisis ?

I am just abit wary about flushing without having the colonics before and after, as i am doing the flushes to try and help my Acne also, i have been okay so far with no extra skin outbreaks due to the release of toxins. I am worried if i do a flush without the colonics my skin will break out ?
