healing Crisis ?

I did my 3rd Liver Flush 10 days ago, since then i have had a pain on the right side of my colon, and sometimes shooting pain on the right side behind my ribs. Today i have woken up feeling ill, i feel very tired, i looked washed out and my glands in my necks are so swollen and i have a sore throat.
I have been eating very healthly, veg, fish, rice no Sugar etc..
I was drinking hot Ionized Water for a couple of days after the flush, and i have just started a kidney cleanse today !
Do you think this could be from the release of toxins, any suggestions to help me feel better ?
