Aluminium and Mercury Detox?

I have taken an electrodermal test and it said I have aluminium and mercury in my system..i've previously had 3 Amalgam fillings removed by a mercury free dentist and now i believe it's time to get this poison out from the rest of my body..i have done a bit of reading around but seems like people have mixed views..so i would appreciate if you could share with me what you used to detox these types of metals and what you recommend? also would it be better to detox the colon and kidneys first to prepare? and then detox the liver after the metal detox? i really need your support! thanks
