The key to a successful flush is adequate preparation. On top of what lisamarie suggested, I also suggest you eat raw garlic and cooked onions, as both have stone dissolving and declogging properties. Raw garlic also helps with killing off parasites that may be in your liver, such as flukes or in my case candida.
I also recommend saving up a bile pool before flushing by omitting all fats and oils for 1 week prior to your flush.
Don't give up if you fail to release anything the first 2 or 3 times. And definitely don't get your GB removed!
