Wow is all I can say! Epsom Salt is like a miracle! I went last night to pick some up, and by the time I had got home with it I was hurting so bad that I couldn't even stand up straight. I used the Epsom Salt in a hot back and it immediately started to relieve my back pain, and then rolled over on my stomach and it did the same. I am definitly a firm believer in it now! I never knew it would help something like this. Thank you so much for suggesting it. Since my pain gets worse at night, I can just come home from work and take me a hot Epsom Salt bath.
