I took a course of Antibiotics (Minocin) and steroid (Celestamine) for just over a year in an attempt to clear-up a relatively minor (but irksome) infection on one of my fingernails.
Had I known how damaging these pills would be for my general health, I would obviously never have taken them. However, there is little point dwelling on the past.
I wonder why there is such little information related to reversing the damage caused by Antibiotics ? The general advice here is to maintain a low-carb/sugar diet and fill your body with probiotics, but where is the formal research to backup this advice?
