Something Stuck

I think since my third flush a stone may be stuck in my colon!
My digestion was much better before this flush but now my stomach and bowels feels tender and old symptoms have returned ,my hydrotherapist said she could feel alot of tension at the start of my colon when i saw her after my flush. I have also noticed spots on my forehead getting worse which is linked to digestion, what could i do to maybe try and dislodge if anything is stuck ?
