Wheat allergy and polen allergy caused my Exfoliative Cheilitis (peeling lips). Change your diet!

My peeling and chapped lips are due to allergies. When I stopped eating wheat they improved GREATLY. However, I still get symptoms during the Spring or Fall due to the pollen. A family member of mine stopped eating wheat and no longer has problems with her lips.

Have you tried eliminating dietary items to which you may be allergic?
