Choose one of the featured programs on this forum and also look at Dr. Sutter's coke Liver Flush. Hulda Clark advised people with severe bile congestion such as you have to immediately do a Liver Flush and then do the preparations. You may not pass any stones at first but after several flushes they will start coming out. Start drinking at least 3 to five glasses wf water a day and it may help to take a magnesiom laxative the night before starting the LF. This will clear out the large intestine and help to insure that you have sufficient magnesium levels to get a good purge. Tweet
