Im not sure what that means, that bilirubin is spilling into your urine. If you are having pain in your right side, that usually means your liver is inflamed/swollen. You may not be ready for the cleanse programs, so you can maybe try these things first.
I am speaking of these things from experience, they probably saved my life, if only extending it, same difference. I am writing this as a sharing of experience, not as a suggestion or medical advice.
Anyway, Alpha Lipoic Acid, 600MG 3X daily. Time release need to be taken in halves and chewed/crushed, I dont think the higher dose of 600MG is easy to find in non TR form.
Lechitin, 3-4 1200MG gels 4 times daily.
With those last two, it is almost impossible to take a toxic dose, and it would be well above those amounts. I am only telling you what worked for me for what was probably chemical hepatitis. The pain went away after only a couple of days with the ALA and Lechitin, and swelling went way down over the next few days.
If you get further along and find out you have some kind of liver disease, I would try the cleanses as well as the following: Piperine, Turmeric and Milk Thistle.
The cleanses I have not tried. The Piperine, Turmeric and Milk Thistle I have, and again can say they are very effective in treating my liver problems. Piperine is worth doing some research on, and it can be found in supplement form. Always take the Turmeric WITH the Piperine or y oure just wasting your time with the Turmeric.
The Milk Thistle, order whole seeds and grind them up yourself, don't bother with expensive supplements that you may or may not be getting anything consistent out of. Grind what you expect to use for a month and mix it with olive oil, honey, and lechitin flakes. The Lechitin flakes help get the Milk Thistle actives absorbed. Keep refrigerated what you arent using, and is safe to carry what you need for a week, with you.
And finally, plain Coconut Milk worked well for inflamed liver, yeah, just plain coconut milk. The fatty acids in it have something to do with the inflammation process, sure as hell worked for me. And I DONT mean the low fat or non fat type.
