PLEASE HELP! Australia LYMES

Hi All,

Anyone know a doctor in Australia who can help me get urgent testing, think I am soon getting encephilitis infection moving what feels like a wool jumper itching up and down my spinal fluid through back of neck...

I am scared I may have been born with it, may have had it since 2006 when tick removed from eyebrow, or may have had it since 2008 when I first noticed cold/flu symptoms... severe running nose like a tap.

ANY info on how to diagnose URGENTLY would really help as the docs are HOPELESS here!
