Re: Doctor diagnoses CFS, prescribes Paxil: thoughts?
Hello sam7777,
Thank you for your thorough post.
To answer your question, I am in the process of submitting a hair sample, which I believe will take a little over two weeks.
I have posted a handful of times on the
Candida Forum and have been pursuing a sugar-free diet for a little over a month. I am also a couple of weeks into the ParaGONE cleanse, and take a range of supplements.
One of the points raised by doctors referring to my blood tests is the low chlorestorole and neutral fat levels. I asked how to raise this and was told to eat fatty, protein-rich foods. Currently I consume 4 avocados a day, 400-500g of steamed salmon, olive oil, coconut oil, several eggs (poached whites, raw yolk), and scoops of brown rice/pea protein powder. I believe I already consume more than enough fat and protein, however the docs recommend I start eating meat - something I haven't touched in over 15 years.
Thanks,
J
