I agree with JT; you will need a load of magnesium in the right form and it take some time until it is utilized.
NO calcium as it is an antagonist to magnesium.

It took a long time for me to get my magnesium levels up. I am talking about months and years; but my digestion wasnt the best until lately, so this will differ.
The salt is vital to; real salt, loads of it.
