I can't wait to flush, it is quite addictive as i just get so excited about seeing results ! I am flushing for Acne and digestion, Acne has not improved yet but my skin looks healthier and smoother so hopefully getting there! I also have colonic before and after each flush, so i was wondering would i need to do a intestial cleanse? I have also wondered about the parasite cleanse too! It seems like there are so many cleanses, but i just have to do one at a time and not get carried away !!
