Sharing Update

It's been sometime for me away from this forum (I only check occasionally). Since my visit to a new dentist, I'd been given a long list of supplements & homeopathy to kick start my treatment. My dentist, who also is a natural doctor said that it strengthened my body before the dental work. Basically this is the fifth day I am swallowing the whole stuff everyday. So far, apart from some slight side effects (burnt sensation in the morning, etc), I think I can still manage it. So yeah, for those who wonder what kind of supplements he gave me, basically all the basics supplement (vit B, C, zinc, molybdenum, etc.) couple with homeopathy to treat bacteria, amoeba, mold, etc plus supplements to support the whole function of body(liver, lymphatic, adrenal, hormone imbalance, etc). The main purpose of the whole thing is to correct my digestion. It's A LOT of things to be swallow everyday. At first I was overwhelmed by the amount, but since I think it worth to try after all I 've been through( I mean I traveled a great deal to see this doctor). I take this coupled with strict diet (no gluten, no dairy, no sugar, no fruit, no vinegar). I think the harder part is the diet. Anybody can suggest how to stop Sugar craving? Before embarking on this diet, I have tried to lessen a lot of my Sugar intake. But this is NIL (except maybe those contained in grain and veggies). I need to do this for about 2 mths. So yeah, this approaching the end of the first week, and I still have several weeks to go. We'll see how it turns out.

So yeah, been wondering anybody here try the homeopathy thingy before? At least for me, it's easier to swallow than the capsules, smell nice, though perhaps have a bit of alcohol (which makes me a bit high and red in the morning, but so far no other serious side effects I find).
