Is this ringworm?

Hey I've had this on my chest and it's been spreading so it's starting to worry me.








I have eczema pretty bad on my face and I've been wondering if the two are linked? I remember hearing some doctors say that fungus inside of your GI tract cause cause eczema. Maybe there's a link?

If this isn't ringworm, anyone know what it could be?
