I have taken all those you mention several times. It was a moment (several months) where I took Itraconazole, Lamisil, Nystatin, Lufenuron, and Amp B at the same time. I had Ketaconazole and never used it but I am taking it since 2 weeks. I have to say that my dandruff survived all the antifungals I have taken but after 15 days on Ketoconazole it is gone. First time in 30 years. I had it since I was 15 or 17 years. Yes, I agree with you that Itraconazole, Lamisil, plus a Polyene is good combination. You can stop Sporanox and take Ketoconazole, and then go back to Sporanox if your liver enzymes are right. I don't plan on taking it more than 30 days. Keep in mind that there are many candida species and strains, some of them are very susceptible to Diflucan, others no. It all depend what specie is affecting you. We can no say that Fluconazole doesn't work, candida is not only one but many species. Itraconazole has a broader spectrum against candida species. It could mean why it is more effective. But, Sporanox is still fungistatic and some species are resistant to it.
