UPDATE about amount ketoconazole and itraconazole.

Update.

I discovered it is useless to take big amount of those tablets. It is way more efficient to take 300 mg of Itraconazole every day for 1 or 2 month. First recovery signs should happen after 2 weeks in the case of a systemic candidiasis. This is the major problem you have to wait a bit to get a result. Many people may think antifungals are useless because they stop antifungals too soon.

Same with ketoconazole. In Fact, in the long term i discovered itraconazole was more efficient that ketoconazole but it is long to show its results.

Itraconazole is the medicine of choice for me.
