hey pepe, this is a reply to the message you replied to...on that SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) does not kill the intestinal bacteria...

i gues i finally agree with you....after really exploring and understanding the bacteria etc...long story...

well after giving up on that theory...i do believe that this theory on why i am not able to get an urge to defecate after the swf.....

from other users experience, i have seen that after flushing of any sort, they almost certainly suffer from eletrolytes imbalances... do you think that might be plausible?

having researched that 2 minerals, namely potassium andmagnesium responsible for muscle contractions that reside in the area of he bowel, when flushed out may be difficult to restore....agree with that reason?

anyways, it is likely that you hae done the SWF, and just wnted to know wheteher whatyou do post swf, since you dont suffer the after effects that i have endured....
