What does Lugol's come in? I can't swallow pills, so it would have to be something I can either pour, chew, or drink.

Anyway, you did 400mg? What were you taking Iodine supplementation for? I'm doing it to reduce my hunger (which actually IS slowly going down on its own, as it does inbetween my mercury chelation rounds which produce an increase immediately afterwards before the gradual decrease), and I hear it also helps with candida and mercury - both of which I have.

There are days when I'm pretty symptom-free, have a lot of energy, and hunger that's only slightly high or even completely normal. My brother also tells me that I've noticeably lost some weight. Still, I want to be totally rid of candida and mercury.
