I think you would benefit from more. Also recommend Lugol's, over a capsule. Might want to consider SSKI (Trapper) or Magnascent.
I will assume you took the suggestions presented to you in the VWT forum and have read up on Iodine supplementation. Some very good recent posts provided a good compilation of recommended posts and such.
I have only benefitted from Iodine supplementation. It produced the largest and first real stride made in any progress I've experienced yet. Worked up to over 400mg/day - the best period to date. Less now due to reasons I won't get into, but still consume at least 50-100mgs of Lugols per day.
