I will perhaps try a tiny bit and see if I have a reaction, and then if I dont - will have the full gluten blood test done.

Oh, and one of your answers said you had terrible reflux and heartburn after Mirena was out, I have had the same - it's terrible - am burping all the time....

Getting over this now - but feeling better each day....
