Yes, that's the idea. More isn't always better. More can mean uncomfortable detox symptoms, which you want to avoid. If I still felt the way UT once made me feel in 2008, I'd never want to feel any better than that. I just felt like playing music every day, like I was in my 20s again. It was awesome, and I may very well get back to that one of these days. It just takes practice.
You should get her book though. It's a great handbook to keep for life and to always have on hand.
