I eat all whole foods. Small amounts of fish, eggs [free range] Feta cheese, org poultry, raw milk cheese, home made yogurt, vegetables [mostly organic], some whole grains, legumes, and nuts & seeds. Will be back to eating fruit soon, I believe, but in balance with animal proteins.
I don't think I'd dare to venture away from small amounts of animal proteins again. It looked good on paper to be a vegan but in real life it spelled trouble for me.
