Re: Is it true that Apple cider vinegar may lower iodine levels over time?

Very interesting topic, ACV, I read here of taking it with iodine, so I tried that, I also read here of using lemon juice, both had thoughts it might encourage more bodily use, ie better digestion of the iodine. I took ACV for ten days, then lemon juice for ten days and never looked at ACV again.
then I did a saturday night drunk stumble on DMSO, and use it always, both are diuretic, dmso and iodine, and I believe they keep my body flushed of toxins, Just my opinion.
It is strange that both ACV and lemon juice are acidic, however it is said that both turn alkaline in the digestion.
Iodine is very alkaline, so I assumed it may need help getting digested.
The latest studies at NASA are saying we need both ele Iodine and pot iodide, as the body uses them differently, and having a cayce machine, I realize Iodine is digested in the stomach as I feel that baby kicking within minutes, and pot Iodide is digested in the small intestines. which takes a couple three hours to come on, So I take them seperate, an hour seperation. I take dmso w/ iodine, and digestive enzymes with iodide.
Trapper and others here have taught me most all I know, about iodine, I remember years ago, when T outlined my Iodine plan, and I still follow it, religiously, but I will be the first to say, I have not arrived yet. david lubbock tx.
