dream about bird

I had a dream that my bf and I were caring for several pets. These pets were baby's and had diapers and baby clothes on etc. (during the dream I was looking everywhere to shower, I could not find a place to shower idk if this is something important) We were adoping these pets out and people came to the place we were to see the pets,(not our home) one person picked up and pet to see if they wanted it and I noticed it was not in good shape and I looked at all of the pets, they were actually birds, then I realised the pet that had been picked up my bf and I had not taken care of it, it was dying, we had not changed it's clothes or diapers, I took it's clothes off and it was rotting and the smell was horiffic.
