Cholestrol high after 8 days water fast?

I thought fasting supposed to help cholestrol but in my case not so,
I did the test after a week of 8 days water fast.
Is 254 bad? The good cholestrol is 61, which was OK. Everything else seemed to be normal.
Unfortunatly I didn't take any test prior to the fast.
