Osteopenia is a condition where bone mineral density is lower than normal. It is considered by many doctors to be a precursor to osteoporosis. However, not every person diagnosed with osteopenia will develop osteoporosis.
The simple solution to Osteopenia (and to avoid Osteporosis as well) is to eat a nutrient-dense diet, and a good-quality bioavailable mineral supplement, but also (and just as important) to rebuild your bone-nutrition density by exercise, and I mean weight-bearing exercise. The very best and most efficent method of exercise to do this is by rebounding. Google it and especially "the benefits of rebounding".
A lump in your left breast!!
Approx' 80% of breast lumps are found to be benign or harmless, but an investigation will or should allay any fears you may have.
My first choice (and men have been known to have lumps in their breast) in diagnostics, would be an ultrasound exam: they're painless, radiation-free, and a way of determining if the lump is a mass, or a harmless, fluid-filled cyst. Depending on this result, would I consider a biopsy, but I would avoid a Mammogram as they are known to increase the risk of breast cancers.
