Hmm, Im using SLS/SLES free toothpaste that DOES contain fluoride. Its called Toms of Maine. I have a fluoride free version but Im planning on returning it as it was shipped by mistake. Is fluoride bad for EC?

The shampoo Im using is called Kiss my Face whenever shampoo. Its sulfate free and claims to be 100% biodegradable.
