well for shampoo i'm using Everyday Shea. and as far as bar soaps go i use 365 unscented vegetable glycerin soap. but i don't really think which brand you buy is important. what is important is to read the label and try and buy things with as little ingredients as possible.
i did try and go gluten free for a while. but i don't really think that was having an effect either way because when i started eating gluten again there was no deterioration in the healing process. i also stopped using any vaseline, aquaphor, carmex, or any other dry lip treating products.
i hope there is no flouride in my tap water because i stopped using toothpaste altogether. but as far as SLS/SLES free toothpastes (Sensodyne and Biotene being the only two i know of)i am not sure if they contain flouride. go to the store maybe and read the ingredients.
