Taking Albendazole + Ivermectin, Other recommendations?

Ive been taking albendazole for some time now, I'm through half a bottle of the 'cattle suspension', and have also taken ivermectin on and off for a few weeks. I've also consumed a bottle of a pre encapsulated big 3 anti parastic herb product. Here I am, still with terrible crawling /vibrating/biting under my skin, especially near anus and in my face, muscle twitching, insomnia, etc. I thought these drugs were meant to kill parasites in a short period of time.. Should I be seeking a different treatment? How long should I continue with these drugs while it is difficult to tell if symptoms are improving or worsening? When others started these drugs, what immediate effects did they notice?
