MUST READ! methinks :) Re: first liver flush done! This is it??? POOH!
Many MANY people don't get the "big package" until the middle of the afternoon. And many MANY first time flushers don't get a "big package" at all...and there's a good reason for that!
Think of a major clog in an engine or sink. When you put the first dose of "declogger" down the drain or through a fuel line, what happens? Usually not so much. It takes several 'doses' to get all the gunk loosened up so it can be flushed away. Sure, some folks get a bunch of really hard stones out on the first flush, but not nearly as many as the ones that don't.
This isn't a "one-time deal"....your purpose is to flush out DECADES worth of toxic sludge, debris, build-up, and globules of junk -maybe with some hardened "stones" or not...so no matter what happens on the first flush, the success comes from starting to flush and get things loosened up - NOT from a toilet bowl full of "stones".
Progress is a process.
Flush ON!
