first liver flush done! This is it??? POOH!

I did it last night.

HAd a great poop after the first ES then butt pee after the 2nd

Drand the oo/GF and laid down to sleep - no stomach upset - good nights sleep

This morning I had the ES @ 6am followed by a "movement" about 7:45...

Butt pee and 3 2cm sized "stones" 4 little ones.....if yuo can call these stones at all!

They were floating greenish in colour. I poked them and they wuickly dissolved. They looked just like the oil I swallowed the night B4...
They were soft and not "stone" like at all....looked like stones but were soft and creamy when poked....what is this?

I am disappointed!
IT's 10am and I think I am done.

I have done the Master-Cleanse and juuice fasting about 4 times in the past. thsi is my first Liver-Flush and I was expecting a lot of stones - I got NONE!

I also am kinda freaked out aobut all the calories in the Olive Oil....YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
