You should not need that. You can adjust the amount of ES in the two drinks. You use some more at 6 pm. 1 tbs is 3 tsp, so you you could do 1tbs + 1-2 tsp. It is ok to get buttpee after the OO (Olive-Oil) too, the stones come out in the first 20min.
It is not important to get BM's at night.
