ES at 4pm & 6pm?

seeing that im having trouble w/ the BMs, im thinking about pushing the ES doses back a few hours so that i dont have to run to the bathroom after the OO. will a 4 & 6pm be ok? or possibly a 3rd dose 4, 6, & 8pm?
