Yep, keep drinking water! That'll eventually make the bloating go away.

Hanna's right, you are lucky that it didn't hit you while you were at the gym! It is butt-pee and, at least for me, it is like GET TO THE BATHROOM NOW!!!!!

The salt you use is important. It should be Sea Salt (Redmond, Celtic, or Himalayn are the most popular). 2 level teaspoons is a good starting point, but you may need to either add 1/4 tsp or subtract 1/4 tsp to get the right solution for your body. Basically, the composition of the salt water is supposed to be the same as your blood, so your stomach doesn't try to digest it and sends it right into your intestines.

I usually mix mine up at night so that all of the salt is in solution by the time I drink it in the morning.
