It appears to be in the location of your descending colon (nowhere near your stomach!!!)If it is constant and dull and does not appear to be wax and wane with your BM's, I wonde if it could be diet related. Now I know that this might sound a bit far fetched (or perhaps not) but I had a really severe pain in a different location of my colon and after many dr's and radiograpy, nothing unusual was found, however, when I did the GAPS diet a couple years ago, the pain disappeared. The diet does not allow any grains what-so-ever and when I now occasionaly have brown rice or similar, the pain starts up a bit. I dont know if this helps but it may be worth trying.
