Bloating-no
Constipation- maybe
Abdominal swelling-no
Anything to suggest something funny going on with your digestion- well, I always have stomach aches at random times, when stressed, or after eating even simple to digest foods.

Any chest pain- no
Night sweats- often, on and off for last 2 years.
Stomach ache- yes

Anything to suggest its coming through from your left kidney/ adrenal? Can it intensify( could it be a kidney stone thats growing ?)

-I will have to look into kidney stones, but I don't think it is that, because supposedly you KNOW when that happens. With me, this is a low dull ache that hangs on forever, for over 2 years on and off.

Also if you go to google an type in female reproductive system and images you will see there could be a lot of "organs" close to where you made there X.

-You know. This pain began days after I started IFV. Invitro Fertilization. I donated eggs and had to be pumped full of hormones. My side was literally killing me all day, far more intense than it hurts now. My body was making massive amounts of eggs, do be donated to someone else. After they did the surgery to remove the eggs, my side felt amazing. But days later, the pain came back, and never really left since then.

-I also do wonder if this side pain comes from stress? I mentioned earlier that my sister who recently got AF mentioned over the weekend that she has the exact same pain in the same spot, and she never had it in her life before. She only got it fleetingly, for a portion of a day though, where I have it for days on end. She was super stressed over the weekend, and said she also felt pain in her adrenal glands in her lower back.
