Re: Have to take high dose of antibiotics - any suggestions?

My brother just took one round of antibiotics after having a root canal done and is having intestinal problems weeks after taking them. Mercola just did a article on antibiotics and was saying that one or two strong courses of antibiotics can kill up to 30% of your friendly bacteria. That is alarming! I would rather avoid the antibiotics than cause that much damage to the flora.
