Could EM fertilizer be causing your Diarrhea? read this

After using and observing the use of EM-1 around the globe a terrifying trend has emerged. Of which I have contributed and observed with my own eyes.

First of all EM-1 was first developed by Dr Higa in the late 1970's and approved by the FDA with no field testing ever done. He found that in laboratory studies he was able to effectively take nutrient depleted soil and make it usable again. The key to understanding what is to be explained next is found on page seven of his soil conditioning handbook and in the last page on the three soil stage chart.

This product was originally made one of seven formulas (today there are hundreds). In short he stated that no study was done outside the lab. the reason for this is because each location where EM-1 would be used varied differently bacteriology wise. It means that the different location would have different effects and additional bacterias will be added to the mix thereby creating a whole new set of variations as to the outcome.

first of all I want to warn you if you are taking this product either your own home brew or store bought STOP immediately it is dangerous to your health.

Secondly, used in small amounts for soil conditioning the product is a wonder but the over use of any EM-1 formula in any area in which it is used will produce not only health problems for those handling the soil, the vegetables and fruits but for those who live down stream and down wind from where it is used.

My observations started in 1999 when a group of Missionaries were using homemade EM formulas for farming. the indigenous people that were helping them were constantly affected with Diarrhea and would often come down with Vivax Malaria.

You should understand Vivax Malaria can be found in anyone who lives in this area but more times than not the body's immune system keeps a victim from coming down with it by causing the parasite to hibernate, and after you leave the area for more than a year the parasite that causes it will be killed off so as long as you don't have any illness that causes your immune system to lower. More than likely you will never come down with Vivax Malaria.

So the fact that these workers were coming down with Vivax caught my attention. I watched how they worked with the EM and used pig manure and composting waste from their missions house to fertilize the plants and vegetables. my first recommendation to them was to constantly wash their hands. Years later I ever recommend people to use dust masks when handling the composts or tilling and shoveling soils.

Shortly after this in 1999 the Mission group broke up and certain of their group stuck around to form Non Govt Organizations promoting and training in EM technology for soil conditioning throughout this island province.

From the moment people in the farming areas within the city started using the EM formulas the health of the people in the community started to change. The city water at that time was from a mountainside water shed which became a stream then a river where the city connected it water lines. Before and after the city water connection the river passed by all these farms that were now using EM formula's in making fertilizers from Pig, Cow, Goat and Chicken waste. Also they used these formula's in creating worm Manure as well.

By 2001 many people in the area of these farms and their runoff started having Urinary Tract Infection of epidemical proportions, puss sacks in their skin. Until this day these are very common diseases in this area. About the same time we saw an increase in Ovary and Myomic Cyst, and by 2007 these two diseases became a normal part of life here. Where in 1997 they were not even heard of except on rare occasions.

In September 2009 after one of these farms, of the EM's major promoter here, had plowed his fields wind carried EM bacteria laden dust to a small hamlet below. the next days brought rain that had carried the soil runoff down into the small community and was caught in their drainage canals a perfect brewing pot for bacteria. The dust caused respiratory problems and appeared to have pneumonia symptoms in some elderly and then later developed into a flu that affected young children and elderly the worse.

By the time I contracted the flu that had been spreading through our area (which is the 20th major tourist spot in the world)in December 2009 hundreds of infants, weak and elderly had died from this flu. It wasn't until it hit the mainland US in February 2010 that it was identified as Swine flu (no we are not in Mexico we are in So East Asia). I believe the man using the EM-1 mixed with Pig manure literally created the bacterial mix that when it mixed with a flu in this Hamlet mutated into H1N1.

Why is it that disease across the board and across the world have increase at the same proportion as the use of EM around the world since 1978?

Is there a connection?

Yes there is. Let me explain. and you will begin to see that EM is not a cure all and can be dangerous if used unwisely. And yes I have given these observations to USCDC and UK's Health Ministry Offices. But no reply. You must remember this is a big industry and in organic farming there are billions of dollars at stake. Having said that let's move on.

Em formulas were meant to help jump start pour malnourished soils and bring them back to a full fertile condition. Hence it is meant to be a soil conditioner. However the over use of these formulas that had never been tested in the real world application before being approved is the cause of many disease and anti-bacterial resistant bacterias that have been affecting our lives as of late. Let me point you to the contamination of Peanuts, Tomatoes, Bell peppers with Salmonella, Meats with various new strains of E-coli as well as some vegetables and seeds.

Occasionally you will read about the person one in Oregon, one in Arizona, one in England and another in New Zealand coming down with some rare flesh eating bacterial infection which eventually kills them. Would you find it surprising if I told you that all of these persons were in some way exposed to EM Bacteria. Three of these were using worm and goat manure with EM for their home organic gardening and one was exposed to wind born bacteria in the hospital where she was operated on as well as in her community from a farm that used organic fertilization when they had plowed their fields for replanting. I am sure that those who are dying from bacterial infection in Missouri after the Tornado tore down their fair community in Jopland.

Reading Dr Higa's Booklet opened my eyes and helped me to see that there is a correlation. It is found in the over use of these fertilizing formulas called EM-1. Em is being produced by some of the major fertilizer manufacturers as it is "organic" and it is better than chemical fertilizers which cause even more harm. But the problem is in the over use. EM does not need to be used all the time. It was designed to be a treatment not the cure to soil nutrient depletion.

So here is what happens in the course of the use of soil conditioners in the soil. First one may add a little to their composting pile to speed up the breakdown of the organic greens from the grass and food scraps from the table and kitchen. Others buy their formulas and add it to cow manure or chicken manure add that to some composting then spread this mixture through their fields. other liquify the solids and spray it on the crops as well letting the rain water take it naturally into the ground.

In the composting and soil the bacteria are meant to take turns stepping into action to breakdown the organic materials life grass leaves and cow feces. this is turns every few days with additional organics added. this composting takes time but add an ounce of EM-1 every time you turn your compost you have a faster breakdown.

Now each time you add one ounce of EM you are adding one million if not millions of bacteria most lacto bacteria, Some formulas were using Candida Bacteria and if you add Chicken manure your adding Salmonella (all chickens have salmonella) if you add Cow manure you add E-coli bacteria. and so forth as with any type of additional waste and even if you add leaves from your trees, grass cuttings and live worms you are introducing a wider spectrum of bacterial additive that will in the end cause more problems than good.

You will eventually take your soil bacterial levels to that of Trillions of bacteria of different types. Now the compost goes through three distinct stages in its last stage the soil creates an anti-bacterial soil to kill off any actively bacteria, this also takes place in nature on a larger scale during the natural course of the Seasons.

However at this stage inactive bacteria are not all killed off. In that lay one of the problems. When the levels are in the trillions and it doesn't take long to get your compost into that level, the bacteria will go dormant and when in dormant stages anti-bactrial soil will not kill them because the bacteria are not active to ingest the soil during that stage of soil development. So in the end it will carry billions if not trillions of dormant bacteria to your garden area some of which are very dangerous. Dormant bacteria become resistant to the anti-bacteria in the soil hence why people are not responding to anti-biotics when they are infected with the Bacteria when they breathe, ingest or get it in a wound.

There are also fungus's in these formulas as well and DNA from a certain fungus is found to be half of that of Colon Cancer DNA.

I believe that one of the reasons we have seen the increase of Diseases around the world at the levels they have increase is proportionate to the use of Organic EM around the world. The last thing we thought would hurt us may be the very thing that will bring about our demise.

EM is good if used sparingly but to use it often is to jeopardize not only your own health but the health of every person on the planet.

Study the facts observe the trends and see for yourself. the over use of EM is not a healthy choice for our Planet.
