9/17 None
1/8th of mg 1:30pm..........had upset stomach, shaking, sweating and anxious.
Nothing at bedtime.........up and down during night..
9/18 1/8th mg 11:00 am
Nothing the rest of the day but took 1000mg of Glycine today. It seemed to take the edge off.
9/19 Nothing all day so far.... took 500mg glycine at 7 am and again around 1pm before lunch.
Have had brief breaks of no anxiety today but still feeling that attention grabbing, "anxiety"...
My question to you, am I doing this too fast?
Can I take more than 500mg of Glycine 3 times a day, along with the rest of the stuff I’m taking, which I gave you the list earlier emails? I dont want to go back on this stuff but I dont want a relaspe either with uncontrolled panic and anxiety. No longer waking in the middle of night with high anxiety and feeling like cortisol is running wild through my body. But, do have nights of not sleeping well.
How long will I experience this kind of anxiety and withdrawal? I know that my stress daily is not helping and I'm trying hard to keep my focus on getting better and not panic. I'm also looking for another p/t job to take the financial stress off of me.
Thanks,
Carroll
